Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Mark Jaindl is pleased to announce the promotion of a member of American Bank’s team to a Senior Management role. Ms. Sarah Car, Vice President and Human Resources Manager has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer effective March 3, 2025.
Ms. Car joined American Bank in November 2020 first as a Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources Manager in September 2021. Prior to joining American Bank, Ms. Car worked in human resources for six and a half years, in both the electrical and food & beverage manufacturing industries.
Jaindl stated, “As American Bank continues to grow, the role of Human Resources is becoming more vital within our organization and the responsibilities within that position are expanding. The promotion of Sarah to our senior management team will allow her to expand the human resources function and make enhancements for the benefit of all our existing team and any new additions we make in the future. We look forward to seeing the contributions that Sarah will be able to make in this new position.”
