American Bank Announces Approval of Listing on NASDAQ Small Cap Market

Trading of American Bank Incorporated stock and warrants on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market began on Friday, March 15, 2002. The common stock and warrants will be traded under the symbols AMBK and AMBKW, respectively
