* Emergency Equipment Replacement Service (ERS) covers all shipping and any repair costs to most Class-A Certified terminals, printers, or pin pads provided the damage is not due to customer negligence (i.e. dropped equipment or liquids spilled into equipment, etc.) or ‘Acts of God’ (i.e. lighting strikes, natural disasters). The defective unit must be returned within 7 days or a billing will be generated for a non-refundable equipment replacement charge.
